Is a sacred space of holistic healing, where you are held with compassion, guided into the quiet truth of your inner world, and inspired to create a life aligned with peace and purpose.
My Story
My life’s purpose has always whispered the same truth: to help others find inner peace, joy, and a way of living that feels aligned with the soul. As I continue to explore the vastness of who we truly are, my heart remains devoted to one guiding intention—living soulfully, and helping others remember how to do the same. My journey began long before I understood it. As a child, I grew up in the quiet glow of my grandfather’s healing work. He was a gifted intuitive, and our home was often filled with people seeking his guidance. I watched him step away from family gatherings to take calls, or cradle a small creature in his hands until life returned to it. To us children, it felt like magic. To him, it was simply love in motion. Around the age of seven, I began speaking with angels and spirits as naturally as other children played pretend. After school, I would slip into my room for what I called “Angel Parties”—colouring, laughing, and sharing stories with the beings who felt like old friends. It didn’t take long to realize that not everyone saw what I saw, so I learned to hold these moments quietly, like treasures meant only for me.
(And for parents of sensitive little ones: if your child speaks of imaginary friends or loved ones who have passed, gentle encouragement can be a beautiful gift. Some children simply feel the world more deeply.)
As I grew older, my sensitivity expanded. I could feel the thoughts and emotions of others as if they were my own, and I often wondered why people hid so much of what their hearts were trying to say.
At eighteen, I followed the path expected of me—college, career, and a role in youth correctional counselling. I succeeded, but I never felt settled. Messages from loved ones who had crossed over would slip through at unexpected moments, yet I still didn’t understand the full meaning of my gifts.
Then, in August 2008, everything changed. Two near‑death experiences in a single day, followed by nine days in the ICU, opened a doorway I could never close. That journey “home” revealed the truth I had been circling my entire life: my gifts were not accidents. They were invitations. And my purpose was to serve.
In 2010, I opened Mindful Intentions, my intuitive healing practice, and for the first time, I felt whole. My work is rooted entirely in my natural abilities—supporting the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well‑being of those who feel called to this path. In 2019, inspired by the magic of childhood and the wisdom passed down through generations, I wrote Grandpa’s Magical Forest. With full‑page illustrations and a heartwarming tale, the book encourages children to stay curious, be kind, and believe in the dreams that light their hearts.
My life continues to unfold in ways that shape my soul’s evolution, just as yours shapes you. We are all learning, remembering, and returning to ourselves. When we discover how to live from within, life becomes a journey of harmony, meaning, and quiet joy.
Healing through Intuition
Healing through intuition is the art of listening to the quiet places within—the spaces where truth whispers long before the mind catches up. It is a return to the wisdom we were born with, the knowing that lives beneath fear, beneath noise, beneath the stories we’ve carried for far too long.
Intuition is the language of the soul.
It speaks in sensations, in subtle nudges, in the soft pull toward what feels right and the gentle resistance against what does not. When we learn to trust this inner guidance, healing becomes less about fixing and more about remembering—remembering who we are, what we need, and what our spirit has been trying to tell us all along.
True intuitive healing does not rush.
It unfolds like dawn, slowly illuminating the parts of us that have been waiting to be seen. It invites us to sit with our emotions, honour our sensitivities, and recognize that every feeling carries a message. Through this process, we begin to understand that our inner world is not something to fear, but something to explore with compassion.
When we follow our intuition, we reconnect with the wisdom of our ancestors, the guidance of spirit, and the quiet intelligence of our own heart. We learn to trust the sensations that rise in our body, the images that drift through our mind, the knowing that arrives without explanation. This trust becomes the foundation of transformation.
Healing through intuition is not a destination—it is a relationship.
A relationship with ourselves, with the unseen, with the deeper currents that shape our lives. It teaches us to move gently, to breathe deeply, and to honour the sacred dialogue between our human experience and our soul’s truth. And as we learn to listen, we discover something extraordinary: the answers we seek have been within us all along, waiting for the moment we finally feel safe enough to hear them.
