Women's Mindfulness Group!
I welcome women with an open mind & heart who are in-need of healing, wanting to grow spirituality and/or have a desire to live life more authentically. Topics will vary but they will always be spiritually motivating. My intention for this group-setting is to create a sacred space & place for women wanting a learning environment that is non-judgemental, loving, and trustworthy in nature.
